Brad Maclean has been a part of the skating community for 34 years. Shortly after beginning his competitive career at the age of 12, he won the Novice Men's title at the Canadian National Championships. He was also a Junior World Competitor and won the short program at another international competition in Budapest, Hungary. Brad started his 10 year coaching career in Auckland, New Zealand where two of his students competed at the international level. After leaving Auckland, Brad toured for three years with Ice Capades. He has 15 years experience working in retail skating stores servicing skaters from entry to Olympic level.
Robert Marshall has been a part of the skating community for over 37 years. As a beginner skater, he took advantage of the knowledge of our national coaches by training in several different parts of the country. This enabled him to participate in four National Championships. After a lengthy competitive career, he transferred his skills and knowledge into the successful coaching of both pairs and singles skaters. He has coached two teams to national titles and one team to an international level. Robert has been a skate technician for over 12 years and has worked at the 2001 World Figure Skating Championships and the 2009 ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships as well as working with numerous national and international competitors.
